My boss bought CrossOver office....VERY cool thing. I've mamanged to install Checkpoint Management Client - I can manage our national firewall infrastructure from my Linux box - woooooooooooooo!
I can't make Checkpoint VPN client work under CrossOver office, in fact it refuses to be set up.
Anybody was able to make it work?
I'm just curious - if it is 'installable' then the ext question would be - will it encrypt traffic coming out off Linux interfacaes?
I'm just shooting in the dark here. However...
I use Cisco VPN for work. This VPN installs a "driver" with it that hooks up to the network card driver (Deterministic Network Enhancer or something.)
If that is the case with your VPN thing, it most likely won't work, since I don't think CrossOffice supports any drivers.
However, you miht want to post in the CrossWeaver site and check.
