    Login Managers.

    Well, what do you guys use?

    I used to think GDM was the shit, but I started to use Entranced, and I like it a lot. Of course, I don't see it that often, but for those few seconds a week, it's nice to see.

    I use GDM. I've never heard of Entrance.

    GDM.. it's the default on my system, I can't be bothered to install another one when gdm works just fine.

    init 3 or /dev/ttyX or getty-ps (Which ever one you prefer)

    Agetty invokes /bin/login :P
