I don't feel sorry for them. If they are running a production environment, and are still putting bandaids on the old cracked gravyboat that is nt4.
For MS, it finally gets the burden of support off of them, and most will immediately and blindly upgrade to win2003 or something equally horrifying.
For the rest of us, They will be giving up an antiquated system, and need some retraining anyway...
