    WLAN lock up

I've got the D-Link DWL 510 wireless pci card and I've read that the realtek 8180L card is almost identicall so they work with the same driver. I downloaded the realtek driver and installed it, but when I've loaded the module the computer freezes up, totaly. A hardreset is the only way to get out of it.
Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong here?

Another wierd thing is that when I load the module the keyboard's Caps Lock LED lights up or starts flashing..
