Media Editors

Does anyone know of any good media editors that are Linux suported and (preferably) similar to i-movie (at least in quality)?
The only media editor I've ever used and liked was i-movie, but I'm not a man fan, and am not planning on buying a mac just for i-movie...so if anyone knows of anything, it woul dbe really, really appreciated.
