automating SMB mount in OS X

A few of my coworkers are using Macs with OS X on them. They need to connect to our novell network, and I've got a way of doing that using my Linux server and samba, so they basically connect to the server using samba, and the server connects to the novell stuff.

How can I set it up so that they automatically mount the samba share when they log in? Adding the user/pass to the keychain doesn't seem to keep it there for when you use the "connect to server..." dialogs.

    help?
