Is there such an animal in Linux? I know I can just create a webpage and attach it to an email, but I need something less taxing on the webserver. Ive attemped the google to no avail thus far....help?

I was looking for something that allows me to create a email newsletter that’s basically a webpage in a email, analogous to TechRepublic emails.
