Number Nine GXE64 Videocard: X Won't Start

My friend just installed Slackware 9.1. When he trys startx, it gives an error about VESA. His card is Number Nine GXE64

Have you tried rerunning the xf86config yet? I am sure its a simple misconfig.

Ya I think that was it. He reinstalled it later and it works...Sorry about wasting your time fellas :-[
