    FahCore_65

    Why is FahCore_65 taking up 100% of my CPU usage? What does FahCore_65 do? How can I stop it from taking up 100% of my CPU usage?

    DC stuff uses 100% of your cpu, or whatever is not being used. Fahcore is all about analyzing protein folds, I'm not a molecular biologist so I have little to no clue as to what that is.

    I think on the new versions you can throttle the %age back a bit. What OS are you running it on?

    Reduced your machine's CPU usage priority. The best is to leave FAHCore**whatever**.exe and delete everything else. Then start from scratch to create FahCore_65.exe .
