In need of a benchmarking tool for Linux

I'm trying to convince my boss to let me install Fedora on systems that don't require a Windows Installation, my problem is though what I want to do is find like a LiveCD that does burn-in stuff as well as benchmarking, I know I'm probably hoping on something that doesn't exsist but I think thats one thing Linux needs is a setup for OEM Builders to test there software and burn it in over the weekend through Linux. If anyone could help it would be wonderful. Thanks! EX
