    Alright I got it working. Thanks The Great Mojo Jojo & trickster, the Plain English Tutorial and what to put in the .bash_profile worked. Can anyone else help with the others?

    My advice is to compile the software yourself and see if you get errors...

    Ruby: Does nothing, no error message

    Gkrellm: Works now, it was probably the tgz file. What a shame that the sensors aren't detected, even though they were in Windoze

    Mondo: mondoarchive: error while loading shared libraries: libnewt.so.0.51: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (by the way, there are no .tar.gz files for Mondo, only RPMs and .TGZs)

    Frozen Bubble: Can't locate SDL.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at ./frozen-bubble line 51.
