Anyone use a Palm Pilot with Ximian Evolution?

I want to sync my palm pilot with Ximian Evolution. Anyone every done this? I need to connect via serial port. I have an adapter for USB.

Has anyone successfully done this with a Palm? I have a m100 cheapy.

I got it to hot sync, and all of the addresses went into Evolution, but then my calendar got all F'd up. When I go to the calendar it looks like the "tasks" folder and when I try to click the botton at the top to go to "month" view, the program crashes.... UUUGGGHHHH...

How do you mend a program that seems to be buggy? Can you simply re-install it?
