    A good Gtk based archiver?

Well, I like kark but this box has no KDE. So I'm looking for a good GUI based archiver like kark but works good. Any tip guys??

    TIA

You mean like tar files? Have you tried file-roller?

file-roller is great but I found that it doesnt have support for all of the nifty file types like rar and ace. But for zips, tarballs (gzip and bzip), it works fine and thats wxactly what I use for a gui tool. rar, ace and soforth can be tolerated on the cli.
