I like his attitude. I wouldn't have said "it's the 21 cents that got me". I would have gone off the deep end for sure. It's nice to see someone has a decent sense of humor.

I wouldnt even worry about it, you know it's not a real bill.

I'm sure it would still be a hastle getting the bill settled, some how they will try and make you pay for it. : :
