Geometry help.

Okay, first up those numbers look to have been placed wrong , I have no idea what they are even trying to describe.

Plus it has 2 x's - one is the angle of the top corner it seems and the other I can't really see what they use for.

Really this needs some explainatiory text, because I can't figure out what the numbers even mean.

So X = 7 in all cases where I'm dunno the answer.
