    Odd DHCP request

    Need to setup a dhcp server. I have a redhat box eth0 ip and i want to assign a range of ip's from to I believe that is a subnet mask of The gateway for the dhcp will be and the gateway for the redhat box is I would also like to exclude computers by their mac address. I dont even have a clue where to start. i am using redhat 8.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. i may even send you a christmas card if this gets worked out. thanks again everyone...

    Edit /etc/dhcpd.conf

    # vi /etc/dhcpd.conf

    server-identifier SERVERNAME subnet netmask { 
          default-lease-time 72000;
          max-lease-time 144000;
          option subnet-mask;
          option broadcast-address;
          option routers
          option domain-name-servers;
          option domain-name "SERVERNAME";
          option time-offset 39600;
          option netbios-name-servers;
          option netbios-dd-server;
          option netbios-node-type 8;
